Strands we pride ourselves on our exceptional service and technical
standards. We make every effort to ensure that our clients leave our
salons relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed. We are a professional team
that supports each other uniqueness. If at any time you feel that you
would be better served by another staff member or would like a fresh
point of view please let us know. We would be happy to recommend any of
our teammates to you.
Policies and Procedures
- Products and Appliances
All of our retail products
are 100% guaranteed with the exception of our make-up line. Our
appliances are not returnable but do come with a warranty.
- Cancellations
For any reason if you are unable to
make a scheduled appointment, we require you contact your designated
salon within 24 hours of the original appointment. We can rebook
your appointment, or reschedule.
- First Time Clients
On your first time visiting a
Strands salon, at the time of booking, you will be asked for your
Name and Address for the information of our salon records, We do not
use this information for any other purposes.
- Services Rendered
Strands does not give refunds on
any services rendered at any time. If for any reason, you are not
satisfied with your service(s) please contact the salon manager.
Your situation will be reviewed. It is at the managers
discretion as to how the situation will be resolved.
- Extensions & Hair Straightening
Due to the
extensive work that is being performed for the following services,
we provide 15 minutes fee consultation when booking Extensions, or
Hair Straightening.
- Redos
Redo is a technical service one has
received and the end result was not accomplished. In order to be
considered for a redo you must first contact the salon in which your
service was preformed within 48 hours of the completed service. An
appointment will be made for you to come in and consult with the
manager. At that time, an assessment will be done to decide if a
redo is necessary.
- Cheques
Strands does not accept cheques.
